Refund policy
Returns
We hope that you will be delighted with your purchase but if you would like to return an item you will need to contact us within 14 day of purchase and return within 30 days. You can use our 'Contact Us' page or email us at info@thesundaygirlcompany.co.uk . We are unable to offer a refund or return after this 30 day period.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Any item that is not in its original condition or is damaged will not be eligible for a refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items are exempt from our returns or ecxhange policy.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at info@thesundaygirlcompany.co.uk or use our 'Contact Us' page.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless there is a fault with your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are returning an order over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service.
